The subject complex consists of how many units and two (2) basement levels. The owners of this complex have engaged Unicorn Building to carry out their remedial and repair works since 2002. Unicorn Building has developed a close working relationship with the owners.

The remedial & repair building works can be summarised as follows:

  • Retaining walls re-waterproofing
  • Retaining walls demolition and re-construction
  • Fencing demolition and re-construction
  • Garden beds retaining wall installation
  • Sliding door water penetration rectification works
  • Concrete cancer repairs
  • Planterbox re-waterproofing

At several occasions the owners engaged consulting engineers to document, supervise and certify stages of the works. Some of these consulting engineers are:
