Torch-on Membrane Application, Waterproofing & Rendering Works

The subject complex consists of how many units and two (2) basement levels. The owners of this complex have engaged Unicorn Building to carry out their remedial and repair works since 2010.

The remedial building works can be summarised as follows:

• Application of torch on waterproofing membrane to eliminate water penetration
• Render & crack repairs to the building façade and parapet walls
• Planterbox drainage remedial works and waterproofing
