Waterproofing Works & Façade Upgrade

Major defect rectification works to a residential apartment block of 17 units. The building consisted on four (4) residential levels, one (1) commercial level and one (1) basement level.

The remedial building works can be summarised as follows:

  • Removal and replacement of all balcony sliding doors including hob construction
  • Delaminated and cracked render repairs
  • Balcony re-waterproofing and re-tiling
